ABOUT

I have been involved in the entertainment industry for over thirty five  years.  My grand parents and parents all managed motion picture theaters and i spent my childhood in the  projection booth.  by the time I was seven years old I was threading the projectors,  making up and tearing down prints and learning how to keep the equipment maintained and clean.  SInce my parents were my first employers i have been ingrained with a strong work ethic and heightened attention to detail.

experience

I have been employed by a television affiliate in north texas in the production department, operating the live vehicle and studio master control as well as the live studio broadcasting.  I have worked on multiple location film shoots for major motion picture studios such as "Dazed and Confused", "STARGAte" and "Bottle Rocket"  I attended the university of north texas and received a bachelors of Arts degree in radio, TELEVISion, video & film.  I was fortunate to have an INTERNSHIP at Lucasfilm LTD. in the skywalker sound division.

I have worked in the residential audio video industry since 1996.  I was the Senior Field Engineer  and designer for a highly respected dallas based audio video installation firm for sixteen years.  I have worked with many of the most PROMINENT designers and high profile builders in the dfw metro area.  During my tenure in the industry I have received the Lucasfilm home THX certification level i & ii, the Imaging science foundation certification level II, I Received the microsoft certified engineer certification for advanced networking as well as a compliment of certifications for various products I interact with in my industry, such as lutron, crestron, control 4 and savant.  I am also a long running member of CEDIA.

I work closely with top integrators and offer my skills to assist with large system deployments. i will work closely with your architect, builder and interior design team to ensure that your project maintains the highest attention to detail from start to finish.  my mission is to integrate technology seamlessly into your environment and deploy it in a fashion that allows complete SERVICEABILITY and enjoyment.
